With the slogan "Together, we succeed", we implement to quickly and fully meet all the diverse requirements from customers, the customer service of the company have been more and more improved with professional working process, we operate basing on the following criteria:
 VSmartTech always puts the project’s quality and duration over the top. Customers are always at the center of any solution. We always have a team of customer service for any project, who dedicatedly give support to our customers during the project implementation. After project’s completion, customer care team will instruct directly customers to use the product until proficiency. Depending on the project’s type and size, VSmartTech maintains and services for free with difference timeframe. However, we will always provide at least 3 month free support for any project, though it is smallest. |
